This is my baby girl Amilia Jayde. We are from Australia. Her daddy is native Australian (Torrest Strait Islander) and me (mummy) is white Australian. She has her daddy’s dark skin and our son Xavier has lighter skin like mine.

She is a cutie. It is funny how girls takes after their daddies, while boys seem to look more like their mommies.

Julia…I am white. What i meant by my boy has my colouring is that he is alot lighter than my daughter (as you can see) but he is definitely darker than me. My skin is very white but i have dark hair and eyes.
Yes we were all very surprised when my Amilia was born so dark as we were expecting another bubba that had my son complexion.
Xavier was very white when he was born but he has been getting darker as he gets older but Amilia was born dark. I’ll upload a pic of my son when he was born.

Umm Laura,
If the little boy has your coloring, than your not white.

Or atleast the white I’m thinking about. That little boy looks black and if your the same shade as him, I would think you’re black also.

Which would make sense beccause your little girl is dark, and looks full black.

She is a beautiful baby though but I can see why people look twice at her genetics.

Thanks mixedbabies… This lady said to me last week that she feels sorry for my daughter!! I was like WTF why would you feel sorry for her? She’s a perfectly healthy little girl. I don’t actually think she meant to say it, she must of been thinking it and it came out.

I am this little girls mummy and i am white (but with very dark hair and hazel eyes).
I am so sick of people staring at me and questioning me as the whether or not she is my biological daughter. I also have a little boy, Xavier who is more like my colouring, but has his dads features. People always stare at me and ask if they have the same father. Some people are just so rude, does anyone else have this problem?
